More About Me
I am dedicated to guiding individuals in aligning their body, mind and soul through the transformative practices of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement. My teaching style emphasizes self-discovery, balance, and inner peace, creating a nurturing environment where students can explore and deepen their practice.
I have been teaching yoga across various settings since 2015, from leading weekly classes at the University of Delaware Recreation Center and Crossfit gyms, to inspiring participants at the Dogfish Head Craft Brewery with my fun “Pints & Poses” yoga + beer sessions. My recent roles include teaching vinyasa flow classes at Waverley Oaks Athletic Club and bi-weekly outdoor classes for the CX Fit Program in Cambridge, MA.
In addition to my teaching experience, I have enriched my practice with several advanced certifications, including a 300-hour Certification from Down Under School of Yoga, a Breath & Meditation Teacher Training with David Magone, and I am a Reiki Master. My foundation in yoga began with a 200-hour Certification at Empowered Yoga in Wilmington, DE with Johnny Gillespie, and I am also certified Levels I & II in a functional movement program founded there called Balanced Athlete©.
Based in the Boston metro area, I continue to inspire and support my students in their journey towards holistic well-being and inner harmony.
